I am introducing a new category of posts – book reviews on terrorism and counterterrorism issues. I am a regular book reviewer for Critical Studies on Terrorism, so now you will have access to my latest book reviews and 50 free e-prints that are available for each article. 50 free e-prints are available on a first-come-first-served basis so do not forget to go and get your copy!

This is my review of “Killing strangers: how political violence became modern” by T. K. Wilson, Oxford University Press, 2020, 274 pp., £25 (UK) (hardcover), ISBN 9780198863502.

The book would be particularly interesting for those fascinated by the relationship between political violence and societal and technological changes. It also provides an exquisite and thorough historical analysis of the development of political violence in the West.

50 free e-prints are available here
